RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason by informing the Seller via email: info@lumomesh.com

1.2. The 14-day period starts from the day the product is delivered to the Buyer.

1.3. Returned goods must be sent at the Buyer’s expense, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Return of Non-Defective Goods
2.1. Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
– Unused and undamaged
– All original properties preserved
– In original packaging
– With all accessories and components included

2.2. The Buyer must contact the Seller via email and provide order details before returning the product.

2.3. Refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

3. Return of Defective or Incorrect Goods
3.1. If the product is defective or incorrect, the Buyer has the right to:
– Request a replacement
– Request a refund
– Request a price reduction

3.2. In this case, all return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

4. Refund Policy
4.1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Paysera), within 14 days after the returned product is received and approved.

4.2. If the entire order is returned, the original delivery cost will also be refunded (only for standard, lowest-cost shipping method).

5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1. According to applicable laws, the following items cannot be returned:
– Custom-made or personalized products
– Hygiene products once unsealed
– Perishable goods
– Used, damaged, or incomplete products
